The brand new Nobel Peace Prize 1987 [1], Costa Rica's Oscar Arias, along with Dominican President Leonel Fernandez and the government of Israel, are organizing for the next 10 to March 12, 2011, in San José, Costa Rica, Forum "State of the peace process in the Middle East," and "The Role of Central American civil society in supporting peace efforts in the Middle East."
