The January 21, 2010 was published in the Official Gazette the Resolution No. 5 / 2010 signed by the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Mr. Julian Dominguez authorizing the Secretary of Fisheries Mr. Norberto Yahuar to sign a "Agreement on Fisheries Cooperation" between China and Argentina. "
This resolution has been signed by invoking the " principle of equal and mutual benefits, in the interests of both sides in economic development and fishery " . This is an agreement that has been developed since 2009.
The purpose of the Agreement would be Chinese fishing vessels that are hundreds of vessels fishing for squid jiggers at Mile 201, to refuel, be repaired and download in Argentine ports. This greatly shorten their fishing times and costs, because so far they do in Uruguay, in the port of Montevideo. Ports were originally using the Comodoro Rivadavia and Puerto Madryn and have now added the Mar del Plata.
In return, the Chinese government retribuiría us with tariff reductions for products that would go to market Argentine Chinese. Now Cuba is evolving, they are seeing changes, the proof is the release of political prisoners, opening up to certain private businesses, etc. and the same ..... presence of the villagers in Miami, is another evidence, that things are changing, because that was unthinkable a few months ago.
Cuba begins to open and exile, if not modified, will remain mired in their inability and in their frustration, they do not want understand that the road is "lift the blockade and Talk" to reach an understanding, as another way there is not, nor will be.
Well, as you said Mahatma Gandhi: "There is no road to peace .. peace is the way"
